16 SEPT 2026: WE'RE BACK BABY!

It feels like it’s been forever but the NFL season has kicked off again, and that means the NFL Retro Bowl '27 Championship Leader-board competition is back baby! We’ve been eagerly awaiting the start of the new season here at New Star Towers, with the weekly results rolling in and tracking the progress of the competition as NFL fans from all over the world join in to support their teams. And here we are! So how did the week 1 results shape up? 

The early winners seem to the 49ers, with a big real-life win over the Rams, and a similar feat happening on the leader-board. The Ravens have also made an excellent start with a convincing real-life win over the Colts, and their fans' efforts taking them all the way to the lofty heights of 2nd on the leader-board. At the other end of the table, the Panthers and the Jaguars have had a tough start, both losing despite the Jaguars getting a handy win over the Browns in real-life. But hey, it's only week 1! You the players can change all that as we enter Week 2! Show your support for your team & move them up the leader-board by playing next week's game and setting the highest score you can. 

Special mention goes out this week to the Bills fan who posted this week's highest individual score on the leader-board: a mighty 12,935! Hats off to you! That's a hugely impressive score, and earns you the title of week one MVP!
