Game Problems? Read this!

dont know if anyone has noticed this. but in career when you say get demoted to driver 2 you go in to the second car graphic, (iel wrong helmet)

Also when cars finish the race they should disappear as they are in the way of the cars that are still racing a lap down!!

SI could you possible fix these issues, i know your workiong on the 2n one..?

Also skipping qualifying just stops the times as of skipping, it doesnt simulate the other times. (easy way to cheat once on pole)
And if you retire or run out of fuel in the race, and u want to quit it just quits the race to when you quit out , surely it should simulate to the end the other results, in both race and qualy!!

I'm bothered with the same problems.
Also I have a repeated problem that sometimes (happened three times to me now) when I race I suddenly get put back to last position (I loose a lap so that I go from e.g. 6th to 20th position), which can be very frustrating of course.

all tracks are scrambled in my 1.16. i think the track tiles got in the wrong places. can anybody help me fix this?

For example, it should be a left turn, but actually it's a diagonal straight, that sort of problem? You probably installed mods or changed the names of the track tiles.
Try re-installing NSGP to a new folder and let me know if it works.

yes, basically every tile is in the wrong place. its a fresh windows xp, no changes have been made to the game, its like that since the beginning, but of course i tried reinstalling and removed the folder from my documents. no effect.

I was having problems starting the new version of NSGP on my Mac. I had the old version still on my MAC so it had downloaded the new version of NSGP as New Star GP-1 or something similar. Once I'd renamed it so that the 1.25 version was just New Star GP it worked straight away.

Just a little hint for other Mac users who may get this problem.

Hi, I just downloaded the gam on my Mac. great fun!!

I have noticed however, that the lap record I have achieved in my private car (the mini cooper) on the test track is recorder as the lap record for all tracks.

This needs t be fixed as it is spoiling what is a great game.

Ok, i have the same issue but only now i understood where it comes from. Driving the private car indeed assigns that track record to all tracks. I hope i made myself clear. I feel i was a little bit confusing.
Ok, just to say that "Caleb Senna" is not the only one having this issue.

Does the lap record reset if you start a new season?

Yes it does. But when you start a new season the track records are all blank anyway. The problem is that when you drive one private car, the track record you make stays forever as a record for all tracks, for the hole season.
Its some kind of bug that can be probably easily fixed. Just dont drive any private car....

i have a different kind of question. I´m having big problems building Detroit Streets track scenery. The tools in tiles file, are not enough to built what i want. I can make/change what i have in photoshop... but that would mean, you will need to download and put into also my new tiles. Is that correct or not good?
