That is used on the Slot Machine. You can "Nudge" the reels to the next fruit.

That means "Apply the changes to the settings". Confirmation of your option settings.

I assumed smth like that. Also, can I put extra letters after $item2 to make it more understanding in Finnish. ie "in $item2"="$item2ssa"

Item here is only amount (like 364) or amount of i.e. dollars (like 364$ )? [I'll check if I understood the translation in csv files correctly].
