What are the naming conventions for the mod files that go in My Documents and into the club/nation etc folders?

In each case X would be replaced by the objects ID number in the database.

In a way yes. Maybe it would be an idea for Si to have a 'Show ID#' option, like there was in FM, for this purpose. Other than that, using an SQLite Browser on the database file will reveal the IDs for you.
