So you got a problem, with NSS3?

Now hold on little fella, before you start posting and telling us your problem we need to know a little more information first!

Which version are you using? Click Help then About to check. (You can always download the latest version from www.newstargames.com.) If you are using a older version upgrade it first! Please don't post problems with older versions as the chances are it has already been fixed.

Also be sure to search the forum with the little link at the top of the page to see if anyone has had the same problem.

If you still think you have found a real, unfixed problem then please create a new thread and give it a relevant title. Using the work "Bug" as a title isn't very descriptive and can be confusing when there are several other threads with the same title!

Also be sure to post details of your system (CPU, RAM, Graphics card and version of DirectX). And if your game is crashing completely please send the .nss save file to siread@newstarsoccer.com with the details of the problem and your forum user name, etc

Some user names have gone a little wonky, if you are upgrading your NSS3 version and you are having problems with your user name and code the first thing you should do is either pm [private message] myself or siread. With your user name and game code.
