I love it but i also hate it.. i think it has too many holes and it way too yellow... it also has a very distinctive taste

i like certain types of cheese with different things.

I will not eat any cheese by itself

Good cheeses:
Cheddar (melted, on toast etc) with good ol' HP sauce!)
Parmesan (on pasta, but only fresh stuff, none of that processed crap)
Mascarpone (good with pumpkin soup and some risottos)
Cheesecake (i discovered it DOES actually have cheese in it, mascarpone cheese!)
Mozarella (ah! who doesnt love a good pizza!)
Any cream cheese (good on crackers n stuff!)
Swiss Cheese (the only holy cheese)

BAD cheese:
Blue cheese (turns out the blue stuff is mould!)
Camembert (generally yuk)
Edam (the wax stuff somehow makes it bad.)

Here's a joke for ya! Did you know that edam is the only cheese that is MADE backwards?
