At age of 16 I was sick and tired of my family and I wanted to find a job and move away from a house! I tried everything... I tried to work as computer programmer, taxi driver, construction worker, but i could not earn sufficiently money to go away... One day my friend Marko who play for F.C. "Vrcin" propose me an idea to try football career. My only football knowledge was playing 5 on 5 with my friends at school, but I was desperate so i tried to go professional football... The first and the hardest steep was to find a club to play! First option was to play in Serbia my home country. I just could dream about Partizan and Red Star so i try my luck at F.C. Vojvodina. It was terrible!!! Even i was fantastic on my trial they only sing players with strong connection of friendship with board. CORRUPTED ********! My next attempt was at F.C. Zemun. With low confidence after Vojvodina I was bad at trial and they did not want me. I sad to my self i am going to try one more time! With couple of my friends i went to Kula a small town in north-west Serbia to visit "MB BEER" festival. Then I remember that they have a big football club F.C. Hajduk Kula. After couple of beer I thought it was destiny to me to play for that club. Quickly i sing form to attempt trial, and later that day i performed well on training. After 2 day board of Hajduk Kula invite me to discus about professional contact! Negotiation lass for about 3 hours, but we had agreement! Now I am free to go : )

Also had sing a sponsorship deal for my boots with Indian company Quasar for 219.000 €.I where gold boots!
Hajduk Kula is top of the league with 15 points ahead Red Star.

Thanks to all in team we made it to autumn league title! But my style of game make manager very mad i do not know WHY ? We was wining the games, and because of that I had hard fight with my manager and I decided to leave! My Team Mates and Supporter's were very sad! On 1/ 1/ 2006 I had to move : ( I have thought nobody wants me now... But early that morning i have been awoke with 50 job offers! But i do not want to sing for any other Serbian team because of Hajduk Kula supporters, and not to sing for any second league low team ... I have to decide between 3 offers:
F.C. Malaga (ESP) , Southampton (ENG), Montpelier (FRA).
All of them was second league team, with good prospect to win promotion!
I chose F.C. Malaga. They pay 3.012.000 € to Hajduk Kula to get me. My new contract look like this:

January... New Year... And I am spending it at Serbian embassy in Spain... Alone... What a sad start of life in Spain... But it is a small prize, because now I can buy whatever I want... But is it worthed... I miss my country and my friends!

Malaga league stats: 51 point on 4 place, and 4 point behind first!
My first day's at club gone well, i have done a interview for Spanish national television, i bought my new apartment, spend weekend at Serbia visiting my friends and also i have trained very hard! On 7 january, i have conversation with my boss about my future in club... His english was very bad so i understand a very little what he is trying to say. At the end he gave me a list of 5 rules:

1) always obey on the order
2) do not disgrace the club NEVER
3) never sleep with my wife
4) do not fight with players
5) do not communicate with supporters

I was horrified with this, what a torture.... late that night i was deeply thinking about the rules,and i got the message : YOU ARE PLAYING TOMORROW! I was so nervous... My first game.... everything is different, team formation, whether condition, judges decisions, I was so lost, but I made it to get good pitch display and rating 8... After game I have talk with my boss about team formation, and he moved me to play right defender, it was big sacrifice of my technical abilities! Winter league pause had come and I did not go to Serbia to spend my vacation, I had stay at Spain to train very HARD!

After league restart my performance was good at home, but bad at away game. I have problem with away supporters they were yelling : Communist scumbag, Balkan animal, Orthodox stupid and something on spanish that I did not understand... I have hard time, my relationships in club was neutral, like I was not there! My another problem was spanish style of play, they play allot solo, they not passing the ball, they not cover my spot when i go front, and the biggest problem was tackling, almost every tackling was foul, and because of that I had at end of season 9 yellow ant 2 red card. And now media wanted piece of me and they have daily provoke me! After a direct red card in one game I was devastating, I just want to end this nightmare... Then again couple of weeks league pause because international and CL games. With that pause and one league match ban I decided to fight for my future and have trained harder then ever!

Then a MIRACLE! After a comeback on pitch two straight game with hat-trick and one man of the match! Silent, nobody have nothing to say, just BRAVO !!! Supporters and team start to likes me, papers are start to bragging me! But again new problem, my boss want me to be an attacker, but with full of confident because good play I sad to his face : SIEMPRE DEFENDO !!!! And because of disrespect of him he sad to his security to trow me out and let the dogs on me... Oh my god I can not believe that I can run so fast! Now my life had become a very good at Spain, I have 500 000 € and i do not know how to spend them! Everything is going very good, two games before end Malaga tuck the league trophy! At the end I decide to make my boss happy and I had play that 2 less important game as an attacker! But in last moment of the last league game I get red card and frustrate because that i have another big fight with my boss! Now is end of the league and I am part happy, and I can not wait to go in Serbia on holiday, I am exhausted.

I did not take part in world cup qualification, only thing i did know is that Serbia finish first in qualification group! At Sports Center Kovilovo I had met with Miroslav Djukic, he told me that I come up as last minute reserve for injured Dusan Basta, and not to expect first team! In couple of days i get a very good relationship with Serbian team squad! As preparation for world cup were nearly at end, we had lot of problems, some players get injured, and some of it had reject Djukic's call to play... And because of that Djukic without any option left, had decided to put me in first team! On 1. jun we went to Germany by bus and settle down in city Bilerbeg! Atmosphere in team was very good before watching group draw!

After watching draw it was clear, that we have very hard work to do! Bookmakers odds were very bad, they sad for us last in the group, and the winer of cup would be Italy! After that Djukic had told to us: "no retrite and no surrender, fight to the end!"

First game against Netherlands on 9 jun !
We had remember all bad memories of past games of our national football team against Netherlands, we were not so optimistic! Whole team was nervous, but Djukic calm us down, he was tacking that we have good tactic and we can go very easy against them... and that we can make new history! Walking down the tunnel to the pitch in my had was just one : "you can do it, do not let down your country! " From the start of the game, Netherlands was showing they power over the Serbia! Almost all Netherlands attack were over the rite side of pitch! They thought, that there is the weakest point of the Serbian team because of new player, me! Then in 27 minute, fast counter attack, me going trough the middle and try to shot over 35 meter but Van der Sar barely stop it, and on the rebound Kezman put it in goal from few meters away! 1-0!!!! Then angry dutches tray to do everything to get revenge, but in 41 minute after long attack, serbian player steal the boll and try to make new attack for Serbs, he was holding boll very long until Bojic came from the rite side and make quick ran to the penalty box with ball and place it over Van der Sar in top right corner! 2-0 !!!! Everybody celebrating! After that Djukic set up all defense strategy! Netherlands push up very hard to attack, and made it to score in 58 minute, after Bojic's mistake, Huntelaar had shot strong volley form the edge of penalty box, unstoppable! Until end of game, Netherlands attacks become more stronger, and stronger, but heroic defense stop them! In 92 minute judge sound it for end! What a win for start of World cup, unbelievable! After end of game I come to the Jaap Stam, and told him that he is one of my idols and ask him to change jerseys, and he answer to me: " GO AWAY, you are just small kid for me...", I was disappointed because of that ,but almost in same moment, I heard supporters calling my name to join celebrate, it was so cool!

Second game against Nigeria on 14 jun !
Although Serbia was prognosed to be last in group, before beginning of groups games we saw our chance in Nigeria, Djukic prepare new tactic for them, he told us to hold ball as much we can, an to wait for opponent mistake,to score goal! After good game against Netherlands we were sure in 3 points in this game. The game had start, and in first attack for Serbia, Ljuboja made some excellent driblings,they defense were training pins for him, and score easy goal in 4 minute, 1-0!!! After that real war become on pitch,like Djukic prepare us there was fight over ball on middle the pitch. First real attack Nigeria made it in 87 minute, but goal keeper made fantastic save, and shot the ball far, Serbs start quick counter attack, and Ljuboja was executor. 2-0 !!! And it was end of very exhausting game! At end maybe it was expected victory, but Nigerians have excellent team!

Third game against France on 19 jun!
Safe first place in group, was very relaxing, but rest of the group was horror, last group game was faithing for life! As they calculate how to take second place, Serbs were enjoyed in beauty of Germany! And something unexpected, desperate France, fall in the hole without bottom, everything about game you can see in just one thing... ball possession 71 % - 29 % for Serbs! Total game control by us, chance after chance, shot after shot, and Kezman score it in 41 minute! Through the game Henry Anry could not get not a single ball, Bojic was phenomenal guard for him! In 88 minute France go all attack and they left space for quick counter for us and Kezman score it again! Very bad performance by France, in my head was thought maybe it was some scandal behind their play, but quickly I forget that and run to celebrity with my team.

We were very delight with draw, it was reword for great games in group! we were relaxed before match and in our heads we was already in quarter finale! But Djukic told us do not underestimate Romania, they want the title hard as we want, they will not give up so easy! Fantastic start of game,on 7 minute, great run trough middle by Bojic, he dribble couple of players and unselfish pases to Ljuboja and he scores ! 1-0 !!! Serbia is more relaxed and careless! Djukic is frustrated. Serbia is little better then Romania as game was going and result of that was another goal for Serbs! In 76 minute Bojic steal ball from Romanian defense and pass it to Kezman, a beautiful pass to Ljuboja who scores wit head! 2-0 !!!! Nobody was thinking about game, 15 minute to go with two goal ahead, we were thinking the job is over, supporters was in delirium... BUT... BIG BUT... continue of this game describes why football is the most popular game in world! Romanians are desperate, they want to score at least one goal, Grigori comes back to his defense to pick up the ball,then he start to dribble our players,now almost nobody trying to take ball from him, and then he shot projectile from 40 meters and scores! In 85 minute it is 2 - 1 !!! With five minute to the end, nobody expecting dramatic finish! Serbian player are trying to keep the ball as long they can, but one of romanian player steal it and pass it forward to Mutu, he dribbles couple of serbian defenders, and try a long pass to penalty box, ball flew over three serbian player, and came on Nikulae's head who put it in goal in 93 minute! 2-2 !!!! It is end of regular time, Serbia is in KNOCK DOWN ! In first and second part of extra time , Romania have full offensive on Serbian goal, only hard tackle could stop romanians, serbian team get a lot of yellow cards, but serbian had last chance, it was fast counter attack in 115 minute. Bojic dribbles two romanian player and pass to Kezman who miss empty goal from couple meters... Djukic was so ANGRY, but me and team made to hold 2-2 and put the game in penalties! I was shaking of fear!

We have learn not to play with easy opponents, so we prepare very hard against Ireland! From beginning Serbian team were better and unmerciful to Ireland! At end it was 4 - 0 !!! Rendulic 9 minute, Kezman 35, 45 minute , Ljuboja 51 minute! Every goal was beautiful and unstoppable for Given! Ireland had not chance to respond! At end we run to supporters to celebrate win! We felt a pressure from media to continue wining strike to end !

I saw how Cameroon demolish other team, especially title favorites, we was very nervous! But there is always Djukic to encourage us, he sad just to repeat game against Ireland and result will come! Serbia went very brave to this game, they fight for every ball, and result of that ball possession 65%-35% for Serbs, it was killing creativity of Cameroon players. First chance for Serbia came in 21 minute and Kezman score it easy! 1-0!!! It confused Cameroon defense and in next Serbian attack Kezman use that and scores again in 30 minute! 2-0!!! Djukic then change Serbian formation in all defense and decide to wait end of game, like that! Nervous Cameroons was shut down in 51 minute , when Ljuboja take excellent pass from Bojic and score ! 3-0!!! Until end of game nothing interesting. Player and supporters of Cameroon gone home in tears, they must to full back under Serbian team! SERBIA IS IN THE FINALE !

Djukic had told to us : "it is time to show to the world, of what we have made from!" The game starts, from start Argentina are attacking very hard trying to score early goal, but boomerang, famous serbian attack in 10 minute... fast counter Ljuboja with ball, he dribble over last man Javier Zanetti and put the ball under goal bar! Furious Argentina try to return but serbian defense quickly mad a stone wall with Bojic as leader, and made it worthless for for Argentina's player to attack... It is END! SERBIA IS WORLD CHAMPION !!!!

After short vacation in Serbia,on 12 august i have to come back in Spain for star of new season! My relationship with manager still was very bad so I start my first game from bench, supporters were very angry because of that,and i get in the game in 76 minute, but we lose it! This was sing for a bad season for Malaga! In next games we have up and downs, ex. we beat Barcelona 3-0 at Nou Camp, but we lose next three game, or play in row couple of game draw, but beat Valencia and Real Madrid, etc.... This way of playing put us in safe middle table, but we have higher goal, to win third place and qualificate for champions league... For time I have played in Spain I earn lot of money, also I have sing with three new sponsors:

My first two game for Serbian representation were phenomenal i score three goal in win over Latvia 5-0, and more spectacular win over Italy 5-0 at San Siro, there was one more game also win for Serbia against Georgia 2-0 but I did not play! Even everything was phenomenal, I was not happy, I was so lonely and bored, I need girl ! In next couple of days I decide to ask some girl that I met on party, to go out with me, but she reject me ! WHAT!? She sad that I am not famous inaf for her! After that I was devastating... GUESS WHAT!? I turned my life to gambling and alcohol! Every time after training I was going in nearby bookmaker to drink beer and bet on horses, I earn 500.000 € there... I decide to spend some money! I buy big villa in Greek to spend there my vacation on sea for 4.000.000 € and Yacht4 for 4.000.000 € , then I buy villa in Africa to live there when I go to Safari or if Serbia made to qualificate for World cup in Africa in 2010 for 8.000.000 € , and for my new driving toy Lamborghini Gillardo for 2.100.000 €! I spend 18.100.000 € in blink of an eye! As my contract expires on 1.1.2007, I decide not to extend my contract with Malaga and I ask to be transfered away! I finish my half season at Malaga with this stats:

Cibalia Vinkovci from Croatia, they sad that CRO-COP aka. Mirko Filipovic famous Ultimate and K1 fighter and part-time player of that club is ready to pay 20.000.000 € for me to play for his hometown club! I accept it, it would be honor to play wit him so I sing 4 year contract, who look like this:

I was positive nervous waiting my first game, and it was away win against Sibenik 0-1, excellent start at club! Late that night club were celebrate win and debut of new player! On that party I met girl, her name is Jelena, very god locking girl, so I decided to ask her to be my girlfriend, and she accept! Guess what ?! She likes very fast car, and that night after party we have great time in my Lamborghini Gillardo, doing very interesting things in them .... Is it so COOL to be football star, or WHAT ? I will write continue of story soon...
