Manager Hates Me

Basically i'm newish to the game. Just started a new career, about two months in or so and the manager relationship is 0! Mind you i have problem with discipline. I've been sent off 4 times i think so thats no good.

How can get my manager to like me again? He still picks me (when i'm not suspended) but pretty much hates me.

IF you are playing in amateur in doesn't really matter but since you want to get your relationship whit your coach up here is how:

• Every interactive popup (That is what I call where the girlfriend appears, ect...) you should think only about the manager and answer in a way that he will approve it (read the help file of NSS3 to find out what your manager likes/dislikes
• Change teams. If you can't get it on you could change teams but it is a little extreme.

Urgh. The manager still totally hates me.

In my first season i played 24 games, 4 goals and 9 assists. That's not bad for a 17 year old central midfielder.

Got promoted and my wage was pretty poor and i wanted a house. I am only on £500 a week, i'm worth £200,000ish now. So i asked to re-negotiate. Manager says no way.

Just now in the last game i got man of the match, another assist (4th in 4 games) and in a press interview i praised the team. Then it comes up the manager wasn't happy i did the interview!!

May have to move teams, he's had it in for me since day one.

You can't get a new contract if the manager doesn't like you.

If he doesn't like you to give interviews don't give em.

Also, as you said, you can leave the club if you are not satisfied.

PS. If you play well the manager will like you.

I do play well, my average rating is good. I've scored a few goals from midfield and lead the team in assists i think.

How often do you get a MoM (Man of the Match)?

If you get little or none he may not be so proud of you.

In my first season i never got one, but in my second season where i'm really playing well and one of the star players of team i've picked up about 4 or so MOMs and i'm just over half way through the season.

Oh and in huge contrast the fans love me. I usually get cheered whenever i'm on the ball and my rating barely goes below 95%

What type of manager is he?

Never do the interviews with that type of manager or else he'll hate you, then play well.

Forget about your Maneger just Constrate on the things that matter the most such as Your fans,Your Girl,Family and freinds.

and make sure ur team stays at the top or is allways in the race for first place in the league and win cups and make your team do well in Europe.

I'm slight better but mine is not 0 but 25 % after i got drunk 1 night and also doing a interview praising the whole team.

Sucks..

I'm 17,AC, 1st year, value at 1M, 10 goals,1Mom and 21 Assists....2 Red,7 yellow cards...kind of strange..and only 3 quarter season .

My buddy striker always getting my loose balss, top scorer..in league for him...

I'm having a tough time sucking up the manager...
