Default Converting replay files to AVI

I seen mentioned in several threads that NSS is capable of converting the rep files into AVI's. I cannot for the life of me find anywhere where it allows me to do this. Could someone lend me a hand here please? Thanks.

This is at the Game/movies folder as a .txt file

    To create a movie:
-From the main screen click Options then Replays.
    -Load your replay as normal.
    -Whilst it's running press F6.
-This will bring up a choice of Codecs.
You'll need divx or something similar if you don't want to end up with a 40mb+ file.
For DivX i choose "Unconstrained", "1-pass" and "1000".
Under the second tab choose "Insane quality".
This produces a 3.5meg file of quite a nice quality.

It will take about 2-4 minutes depending on you pc speed.

Not sure, as I didn't make manuals, but don't worry there's always a new friend to help you here

So what do people choose when they make their movies?? For some reason "DivX" doesn't seem to be popping up in my options here. What am I missing? I tried uncompressed and that gave me a movie that was 1.8 GB big (godDAMNNNN!!!!)
I'm trying one of the Microsoft ones right now and we'll see what that comes out as.

Any suggestions as to the best codec to use? I'll probably be using Windows Movie Maker to edit the files if that makes the choice any easier. I'm looking for max 10 meg files. Possibly 5 depending on Photobucket

Divx can be downloaded from www.divx.com
I think it still has a free version that should work.
