wrong license key

i recentely registerd wiv NSS 2 and they sent me a email wiv my license key BUT the license key doesn't work and i'm typin it right coz i've even copied and pasted it into the box were u type the key. plz help

Did you let any spaces between text, send a PM to Siread with the key exactly as you wrote it and your player name details
