Whenever I install this file I get an error saying that there can't be an odd number of teams and to use the editor to fix the finland league and then the game closes when I hit ok.

Godammit Finland have 13 teams because one team was refused a licence this year. All I can recommend is to delete Finland from the leagues.dat file (use metapad to edit this), not forgetting to lessen the number of leagues at the top of the file.

There will be an updated set of files in 5 or 6 days, so please bear with us until then.

I tried deleting one team from Finland's league and then I got an error saying less than 8 teams which seems a little bit ridiculous because Finland clearly had 12 teams in its league. So then I just deleted Finland lol. Very satisfying to delete an entire country that is giving you trouble

Oh btw an easier way to do this would be to just open up the editor and delete the league from there. That helps to avoid having to deal with those messsy little details.

Hmm, could I "promote" a team from Ykkönen (first division) to Veikkausliiga (premier)? Can I do something like this??

In the meantime, either delete the Finland entry from the leagues.dat file, or delete one team and then change the team count to 12.

Scratch that, I'll add Atlantis instead If I send you my Finland file would you be able to add the players? I have 3 GKs but don't have time to finish, as I have caused a big problem with nationalities by adding Montenegro

Most players from Serbia and Montenegro were actually from Serbia weren't they?? That's a real problem

I've recently downloaded the real players names available from NSSUnplugged but i keep getting an error when loading a new game. Every time i start with a full database it says "cannot find league _Free_and_Retired". I deleted that line from the leagues.dat file then encountered another error. The game couldn't load the league.dat file. Anyone able to help with this??

Hmm, I have also recently downloaded the player names from NSSUnplugged and didnt encounter any error when starting a new game with full database, are you sure you downloaded the latest file? also, don't know why, the download page shows two links one with a name like "leagues40" and another one with "leagues 60", personally I dowloaded both and just extracted them to the leagues folder but looking at them it appears that the difference is only the number of leagues it contains, so, if you downloaded the one that says "leagues40" I suggest you download the other one that seems more complete.

It could also be an issue with the editor if you created or edited something and when it was overwritten by the Unplugged files it created the problem.

If downloading again the files from NSSUnplugged doesnt work I would say that installing the game again should solve the problem, then you just overwrite the league files with Real Names one.

PS: I have no such line called "Free and Retired" in my leagues.dat file

Problem solved!! I've been downloading the wrong file. The one i picked was further down the page and not the new ones for v3.16. Thanx for the help.

I just registered my game but Turkish Super League players names are not correct(one or two letters) . Should I download names from somewhere or I made a mistake ?
