National Teams

Does the line-up just go on how each player is playing because not a single real-life Scotland player is in the squad. There is actually two foreginers in the squad as well. Don't know what there names are but they're two black players. Never heard of them before.

If you could get those names it'd be cool... could you also post the players that are making it into the team? Some db work could be done to make this more realistic.

The national teams should just pick the best players, so it may be a database issue with player stats. Let me know if this isn't the case JJU.

And maybe the black players are Saudi or Senegalese and are 'bad'?

Nationalities really should not be based on the nations file...

By 'bad' I mean 'bad data', Saudi Arabia and Senegal obviously have been in the world cup a lot more recently than Scotland has! (and by that I mean 2002.)

Yea, I got the same "problem" with the Swedish squad. There's no Zlatan Ibrahimovic in the starting line or on the bench. One of the greatest players ever in Sweden isn't on the national team ^^

Right, I've upped Ibrahimovic's stats, so he should be in the squad.
Hopefully no more Senegalese will sneak into the scotland Side.

I've noticed that the United States squad has all spanish names and no actual american players. these guys aren't the same guys that really play in the games and i'm only 1 year in, you wouldn't think that they'd change that much that fast...and to spanish names...isn't too common. i tried to find a way to fix it, but you can't really fix the national team members, so maybe i could get jju or si to fix it. I know you guys tried to fix it earlier, but i have 3.07, new season, and it still does it...sorry to hassle you with this again!

I have eliminated as many of the Uruguayans who had American as their nationality as I could by just scanning through teams where I thought I'd find them, so what I'd need now to fix this are some precise examples of the names.
