forgot to add it also helps me, as I can see every post which has been rated, so if I miss a post and it gets lots of negative feedback I can act on it or the user

It's a goodun... I've seen other vb forums where there is obviously a LOT of feedback going on. It's a question of habit I think. But it all depends on the majority of members actually thinking about each post and deciding if it needs feedback.

i like the whole rep thing - but i cant see me getting a huge rep - i mostly post rubbish . Is there anyway for the rest of us to see what posts have a good rep - ie when i'm looking at the huge list of new topics every week can i instantly see which posts people are liking or hating so i can just go to them first. To a degree no of replies does this but sometimes its one person saying we should do this and 20 people replying "Might be a good idea"

Ok everyone who has made a few posts, and has postive rep should now be able to rate each other

I will point out that any user's getting 100 negative rep will be facing a ban, im saying 1 week ban for every 100 points.

I do check rep and what is given out, if you giving out either postive or negative rep for either silly reasons or no reason that I can see I will delete it... and I may even adjust your rating if need be :eek:

So come on peeps lets give this a try and let your fellow NSS'ers you love them :o

Maybe your post about NSS3, where you said the game was a copy of another one you didnt even remember the name, that was an insult to Si Read and all the NSS3 fans. You should keep yourself non-sense comments like that.

Or maybe that 80+ people that gave you bad reputation where only "proving" the option.

I dont think it's 81 people that have done this. If I'm not mistaken when I put a reputation on someone I give nine points and someone else has like 20. I think this is how it works.

correct I have also removed neg ratings from you tomer. Remember peeps im all knowing! I will not accept bad rep* for the sake of it, when giving bad rep give a reason why.

Why this lets the user know why you have gave them bad rep so they can think about future posts. Think of giving + and - rep as a way as improving the forum and the posts.

Other people have to "rate" you, if you make good posts, people might give you positive rep-points, and if you make bad posts, people might give you negative rep-points.
