How to increase fame?

Whats all the fame about? I see people in the leaderboard with 100% fame! I have only 3% and it also changes quite a lot. How do I get fame besides celebreating after goals? I really dont understand the fame thing.

I just finished a season in the Netherlands first division with most goals by far. still me fame sucks. How do I increase it ?!

As I understand, your club have a certain fame potential, and your fame will slowly(?) revert back to that if you don't keep working on it, I'm playing in a low league English club, and have fame around 91% at times, but it will revert back to something like 2% over time.
