I would like to ask about the time we race. What does weekday 7:30 means? Which day is that? I would like like to propose some new time for racing, saturday morning is killing me + we really dont give a chance to nobody from north and south america(if there is any interest, who knows..). Why dont we race lets say at 18h on saturday 2 races?

10am has been perfect time for me (12am here), but i believe that's too early for some drivers. And I agree, there would be much more players if Americans could play also! Very hard thing to discuss I think
And 6pm races? I won't be able to race then, EVER

We could consider sth like Saturday 20:00 GMT. We had a split schedule once, 1 race 10:00, the other 22:00, but we were all too sleepy to race so late.

Saturday morning has a big advantage: You're through with races at 11 AM and got the rest of saturday for yourself.

That was just a proposal, we can race at 4PM or 10PM, i dont mind.

Weekday 7:30 means on a weekday at 7:30! The specific day would have to be decided in additional voting. I've added your suggestion

Team boss rule:

1. Team boss is:
a) the highest classfied driver of a team in previous season
b) the driver with the longest tenure in a team
tenure is defined as the time that had passed from the moment the driver joined the team, and stayed in it without interruptions
2. Team boss can kick and invite drivers until free seats become available (11th August 2012).
3. Team boss may only make decisions after he confirms his seat.
4. If a driver accepts an invitation, team boss may not kick him this season.
5. If an invited person had higher ranking, this does not make him the new boss.
6. If person assumed to be team boss leaves the team, next person in line takes over.
7. If a driver confirms a seat at a deserted team, he becomes the boss of that team.

Vote on OPTION A or OPTION B!

I'd like to propose a Team Boss rule, which could be especially useful with 3 driver teams.

1. Highest classfied driver in a team in previous season is nominated team boss.
2. Team boss may kick current or invite new teammates.
3. Team boss may only make decisions after he confirms his seat.
4. Any person invited by team boss, may not be kicked by him.
5. If an invited person had higher ranking, this does not make him the new boss.
6. If person assumed to be team boss leaves the team, next person in line takes over.
7. If a driver confirms a seat at a deserted team, he becomes the boss of that team.
8. Team boss decides on team squad until all free seats become available (11th August 2012).
9. After this date, team boss loses all power.

Basically, this gives the best drivers a chance to form up a team of their choice.

I like the idea in theory, I think I pitched a similar idea a few seasons back after being stuck with teamates who no showed most of the season

I like this idea too - but i don't think highest classfied driver in a team in previous season should be nominated team boss. Well, that's fine in the first season - hard to explain, lemme explain with an example:

Me & Lema teammates next season, therefore i'm team boss as i finished higher in the championship.
During season 11, Lema finishes higher than me.
Season 12: we both stay at the same team.

Who becomes boss in season 12 then? I retain my spot as boss or Lema gets it? I think i should keep it.

In other words, your suggestion, but with the rule that a team boss can never lose his position unless he's inactive or leaves the team.

Red Bull: Kotka 9-07
Force India: Santa 5-01
Lotus: Mellor 6-01
McLaren: Kolowski 3-15
Ferrari: Bubic/Kos (bubic inactive)
Mercedes: Ivana 10-03
Sauber: Roden 10-05
Williams: Ferenc 10-03
