I cant Play the Game!!!!

hi, i have downloaded the game... but this comes up all the time!!!!:


when i try to open the game, a box comes up and says .......' EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION'


HEELPP- what do i do!!!!

It would be nice if someone could reply. I have the same problem. Everything was fine until I purchased an additional 25 matches. After playing one match I am getting the same error. After loading my player the game freezes when I click on the proceed button, regardless of what screen I'm in.

I'm assuming you are using the latest version of the game so here are some tips from another thread:

When does the error occur exactly?

Make sure you have the latest gfx drivers...

Also you can try changing C:/Program Files/New Star Soccer 5/Settings/Settings.txt opengl=0 to opengl=1.

How far into your career are you and what is your player name?

My game errors at 1 year 42 weeks. Always after clicking proceed to go to the next match. I get a pop up that shows I'm in the tutorial for the stats screen. Either clicking on the green check or red x errors and freezes the program.
I've updated all drivers. I tried to change the settings but keep getting an "access denied" message.
