Premium not updated.

I purchased premium account yesterday, but my account hasn't been updated with this status and I am still waiting. Any ideas when I can or how I can play on my 'premium' account?

I bought the 25 game pack, and I seem to be having the same problem - just keeps saying I'm on the free account.
