Windows exception

Every time i try to start my NSS5, i get this message:
Windows Exception
EXCEPTION_ACCES_VIOLATION

Can anyone help me to fix it?

well, i must say i'm pretty sad.

I've always loved this game. I used to play the older versions and since i started to play NSS5 i realized i couldn't wait 24 hours to play more games, so i bought a Premium Account. Some days later, i don't know what happened, it stoped working. I've made this post and sent an email to the support for asking for any solutions..ANYTHING! but i had no answers... I've spent some money on it and you couldn't even help me! or at least say that you don't know what's happening...i've never expected that...

Well...i've made some progress... I installed another graphic driver and now the game open! but while it's loading the same problem happens!

Please guys! Help me!

When i start my computer it shows a message of error in the Net.Framework...maybe this is the problem...
