Doesn't load when connected to wifi: NSS for iPod

I recently downloaded NSS for my iPod touch, I enjoyed the demo so decided to buy the career mode. I bout it through app store as usual, when I went back on NSS it loaded to the point of the spinning star then
Screen went black and took me back to iPod menu. when aventually got back on Nss it said it needed to download but when I'm connected to Wifi it doesn't work. I can only play the demo when I not connected.how can I get my career mode active to enjoy this awesome app???

same problem as poster above.
game works no problem when not connected to wifi but when its on the game will always crash at the start up.
downloaded the career package and cannot use it or continue because of this problem.

as no one has replied to the poster above does anyone care about it? you got a great app ruined by this issue.
please fix it.
