v1.09 HELP PLEASE ASAP

hi guys can you help me please. on new star soccer 5 v1.09, when i try to load my game or play matches, while it is loading, it doesnt respond for about 20seconds and then when its finished loading it gives me an error message reading: 'Could not connect to NSS5 server. Please ensure that your internet connection is working correctly. If everything is fine, please try again.'
My internet connection is completely fine and I usually have to try again something like 20times for the match to actually start. Please help me bacause I love actually playing the match, i just hate the errors that comes with it.
I was seriously considering getting premium until the errors came up.

EDIT: P.S I'm not an adminstrator, your probably wondering how i got this game then but my friend installed this file to his documents, he put it on his USB(memory stick) and gave it to me so i can copy and paste it in my documents . you guy should really consider making portable versions

try pressing the offline red tab
(top left corner)

That is the message it gives me when i try to click the red button too, same procedure and all, the window stops responding and when it comes back it gives me that message.
I sent them an email when i posted this thread and they still havent replied.
