Apple, while being a good company that puts out good products, also likes to keep a high level of standard. This means that the procedure for apps to become available is very much different from that of Android, since they thoroughly check updates and new apps for viruses, the use of interfaces they forbid (ie, things like file managers, SSH clients, copyright infringing material etc) and potential vulnerabilities or inadequate use of the device. So, they review everything manually and you can't install apps manually or without them checking (unless you jailbroke and are getting your apps from a source that isn't the iTunes App Store), which means you will have to wait. The App Store has thousands and thousands of apps, so the reviews take a long time, since there are a lot of things to be checked. Unfortunately we can't speed this up.

Yup, and just to support the replies, instead of focusing on the delay in the updates, think of it as "it's great that Simon is in fact working on the game".
I can assure you - or at least almost assure you - that the code base is pretty much the same, and so the improvements done for the online version are, in fact, done for iOS and Android as well at this very moment.
I hear that. Thanks 4 explainin
