It would be nice to see some new circuits.

Maybe we could vote for a rule to have a weekend per season with two circuits different from the real F1 championship, making our seasons with 22 races and 11 weekends!

Yes i would agree more with adding 2 new circuits instead of replacing one....specially JAPAN!!!!! Its a great track and....was my first win!
But i guess we would have to vote which tracks to be added....cause i also would have my favorites.

That gives me an idea for a racing series to run along with NSGPOC: we could recreate a past F1 season (early 90s?). We would use the adequate tracks in correct order, and we would impersonate the real drivers. This would be a perfect thing for wednesday evening, as I don't see the ARL getting back on its feet.

But in NSGPOC: I REALLY am against putting more than 20 races in a season.

I will include adding these tracks to the calendar in the additional voting phase Where do you propose they go?

Three things i want to say about next seasons rules so far:

KERS - can't tell you how disappointed i am
Afonso starting with 100% fuel - lol, have you all gone mad?!
the person who won the last GP is not allowed to set a qualifying lap at the following GP - looking forward to this, could be very interesting!!

No, please let's not add any more tracks to the roster. We might replace some, but let's stick to the 20. E.g. I would replace Bahrain, at for least one season. We might make a list of current and former F1 tracks, organize a vote, and top 20 will get inside NSGPOC 9.

Post tracks here that you want added or removed and i'll put everything on the additional voting sheet.

We are supposed to be simulating the real F1 calendar though ..

Hey, I'm in favor of doing the regular tracks. But if guys want some other tracks then I propose a way of doing it. Instead of having 22 tracks (come on, how would the drivers table look like? So big, so unreadable), lets just select the ones we want to use. To stay close to the "real deal" lets narrow it down to real F1 tracks that have been made in NSGP, like Magny Cours, Paul Ricard, Fuji, Zandvoort, Imola, Nurburgring.

I'm undecided on the matter but if you guys give me something to put on the voting sheet then i will, perhaps someone should make an alternate calendar?

We shouldn't keep the races at 20 purely for the reason of keepingt he drivers table the right size though lol! We can change that no problem

I think it should be added the next three options to the sheet:
    - keep the same 20 tracks
    - have X changeable number of tracks
    - add 2 extra tracks to the season calendar

In case second option wins we then decide how many tracks and wich we want to race.

I really like the idea of "new" F1 tracks being added to the season. How about this for a suggestion - we list current and alternate F1 tracks and allow voting on tracks for the next round of votes. People can vote for up to 10 tracks. The most popular tracks win, and tracks from the current track list is used if less than 20 tracks get a vote (President can elect which of the "unloved" tracks get in, if that happens...). Agree that we keep the season at 20 races - more than that is too much. This assumes that the use of tracks other than the "classic" 20 gets up in the voting of first round.

I'm happy about the KERS voting - KERS is much improved now, as long as it doesn't rain!

I also really like the winner misses quali idea for next race - that's the sort of thing that should really even out the competition and provide a challenge for a race winner. Alfonso starting with 100% is ridiculous though, and seriously unfair.

Having given it some thought, i like the idea of new tracks but i would be extremely unhappy if we got those crazy tracks in the official championship; ones with crossovers and stuff ...

Anyways, i'm gonna need a list of alternate F1 tracks that are out there, can anyone help?

I hope you all realize Afonso starting with 100% fuel was a joke, right? I mean even if it gets 100% of the votes it can ONLY be implemented if Afonso wants to do it. Democracy should only be allowed to go as far as it stays withing limits of "not completely f-ed up" (like we've had a few times in the past, lol)

I dont even comment that! LOLOLOL

I will put some serious thought to see if i want to do that or not. No WAY! But the thing of the winner of previous race starting last (or not making quali, i still didnt saw this point clarified) can be a nice challenge, a bit unreal and unfair but.....its a challenge.

About new tracks....yeah why not but....i also agree with Peter on this. No crossover tracks or that kind. Please tracks that simulate reallity and that are competitive. Maybe on the weekend on SGP we can try a bunch of tracks and take notes of the ones we really like and then make the votings....

Yeah i thought it was a joke but Mellor seemed keen on the idea and so are others apparently ...

I donno, some people in this league think everything should be equal, this is just one example, no constructors dream team is another example ... it's just trying to dumb down talent?

We all know who's gonna be champ next year unless that rules "passes" so I don't see what's the big deal In fact, I've set a similar limitation for myself back at season 4... it was either doing the Afonso with my car or fading into (driver ) obscurity as new aggressive drivers get near my level of speed. Would be cool though if new rules allowed Reeves to race for reelz and we could duel some more...

edit: what if alternating collisions/no collisions wins, would it have damage or no?
