Not exactly....i had situations where he wasnt being lapped but he knew that the driver behind him was much faster then him so he gave no trouble o the takeover. And thats what is to be recognized. Many persons (like you for example) think thats it has only to do with blue flags and being overlapped but it doesnt! The concept goes way beyond that....
And the main thing is, its not following a stablished rule but....a moral one! Its not written on the books!Or you got or not.
