While i'm all for fairness in racing i don't think it would be fair to penalise someone who is fair but doesn't win the vote. Giving more points based on this vote would lower the value of everyone else's votes unfortunately

I see your thought process behind it however!

Too late! You'd need to reset the poll, as those who have voted cannot change their vote. The vote is fun and all, but giving someone extras for it is unfair as it stands.

I have to say i agree with Alfonso here. I think it is fair prize if the driver with the most fair-play wins some points, or at least in case of a tie, it should count as a factor to settle the final score. Maybe it's a little unfair to introduce this rule at this point but it should be voted for next season.

Well, i gave up already from the idea of giving some championship points. What i think would be nice and fair is to give extra voting points....but for what i can see most of the guys doesnt agree with it or doent find its a good adition to the championship.

Anyway....the majority decides. At least i would like to make a voting on that but...i think theres no interest on it.

I don't have enough criteria to judge other pilots fair play. If I had to vote, I think I will share the 5 voting points between the most active pilots among those never involved in race investigations : Frost, Mellor, Ceraj, Costa & Larsson.

Peter has a point there... competition should provive equal opportunity for the participants. Giving pts to just one player would hurt all others. Imagine two guys are showing a maximum of fairness and the vote is very close and eventually goes to driver B. But the vote was so close that driver B winning was within margin of error as season review eventually shows driver A exhibiting a tiny little bit more fairness. But it's too late because B is now champion with those few pts he got? Mad!
