Graphic Problem on Windows 7

Hi guys.

Today i just wanted to play nss3. I installed it without a problem. It started. I registered it. But when i open up the match screen, it is always vibrating. Doesn't work well and it is impossible to play. Actually most of people concerns that their game runs slow. My game speed is fine but that winking is intolerable.

I tried many solutions. I ran the game as administirator. I turned off the aero interface. I tried all compatibility modes. And it is always the same.

Can my graphic card cause this problem? It is ''ati hd 3450'' I don't know how to solve it. Please help!

finally i solved it after 2 hours of experiment... i am writing just for giving information. I disabled Catalyst A.I.

and it is working perfect now.
