Hahahahaha they look like Danon Hill's cars from his MOD. Imagine how peeved he's gonna be if they are! lol The one man in NSGP MOD community you don't wanna **** off!!!

Actually guys...i have to be honest! This is exactly the idea i have for NSGP2! Flag system, penaltys, skidmarks on track, circuits more pleasent to see,....
I wouldnt like to see a complete revolution for NSGP2 only small improvements like the ones desscribed already.
From this game it only needs to be fixed the contact between cars...looks awfull! But hey, it has an image of the car parts on the down righ side of the screen...this idea looks great!
I just wanted to make this thread alive again cause they look nice ideas...

EDIT: Now i get it....if you go to the game´s web site and click on partner you will have a surprise from who is it!!

Afonso, well oriented as ever . It was SIMON himself who publised this video (or a similar one). This game is just MRO in a nicer package, nothing special.

    Sorry, but you are wrong.
It's a different game, with the track graphics from MRO.

Sorry, its not! They even have a collaboration of some sort....

I just entered in contact with the support from Formula GP and they said that there´s no plan to release in PC(Xbox360 only), FOR NOW, and that to come out a PC version they would have to speak with the guys of MRO cause it would collide with it. Still i dont know exactly which kind of collaboration they have....
Strange that they didnt mentioned NSGP, it wouldnt collide with it!? It really looks its not a well known game in the area of independent games...i thought it was.

And you say its nothing special? Has better graphycs then NSGP, has many of the things we are wishing for a long time like: Flags, skidmarks (tire marks, from rain and brakes), slip times, penaltys for cutting turns (I bet you´re not interested on the game cause of that PRZ)....
Actually im quite curious to have a look on the game but i dont have a Xbox. If i would be Simon i would be much more "afraid" of this game then the one from Codemaster.

And cmon...i know it was Simon who posted that video, where do you think i got it from?
I only wanted to bring back to life this thread cause i think it deserves some attention on it!

well it looked like you just found it, you were so excited, also, you presented it as something new. well, im pessimistic about this game. i expect it to be ****. the idea of using MRO tracks is lame, really lame. i dont like mro tracks at all. theyre, i dont know, fake.

I only can say anything more concrete when i try the game otherwise its only speculation....visually i have to say that is attractive....but maybe its like women, sometimes they are attractive but the content.....you got the point!

And i sounded excited about it cause i gave a better look into it and for me looks like they are trying to put what NSGP doesnt have. You know, trying to get the players from NSGP to that game in some way....and they released more videos about the development, have you seen them? Have a look, maybe you change your mind....
The only thing that doesnt look good is the contact between cars but...lets wait and see what comes out...

It looks pretty impressive to me - if there was a PC port coming, I'd be pretty excited about it. Although I'd like to see what the AI is like, all the demos are on Easy mode and it gives no idea of what the Single Player experience is like. But I really like the levels of configuration options that are built in - there's an awful lot of ideas that have been done right here, and it's those sort of options and customisations that, if put together well, would be the sort of iterative expansion that NSGP could be.

    I couldnt agree more!

I spoke again with the guys from FormulaGP and they said the game is ready(finished) and going to be released in September (Xbox). He asked permission to MRO to use the tracks and thats why they have a partnership. Also thats why they would have to ask permission to MRO to release the game to PC...
Also, they know about the existence of NSGP and the owner even has a official copy of it as well as NSS! He entered already in contact with Simon.
I trowed an ash to the fire saying for them to think in a collaboration together to make a super game using the best parts of both of them....waiting for some answer!
    Lets see what happens....

I imagine: The physics from NSGP (improved of course), + options from FormulaGP + a super online interface = Selling records!!! And a super game!

This already looks to me like an attempt to create a game based on author's own ideas and some things borrowed. Having said that I have my doubts about the smoothness of the final product's delivery from day 1

Ok, defenitly when this game comes out im gonna look for anyone with a Xbox Live to give it a try...for me it looks it has quality on it but still im skeptical about it, specially in what contact concerns!!!
In the mean while, without wanting to make advertising to it, i leave here the last 2 videos of it. WOW the rain effect looks awesome not to mention on the amount of options available! I didnt get it but it has an option to adjust the gears lenght, i just wonder if it has the option of MANUAL GEARS!!! Would be fantastic....
    Anyway, here goes:

Ok...just for a small comparison....i leave here the world wide famous video from Monaco online race from season 5th of NSGP for the newcomers to have a look on it. How competitive NSGP can be besides all the missing things.... ;P And i was feeling bad in some way for leaving here 2 videos about other game....even if my intention is a positve one...to give ideas for the future.....
Ok, the video for who doesnt know it yet!

From time to time i see this video....all races should be like this between all players....but for that we need a change in the attitude of how we play this game....
    MORE FAIR PLAY WANTED!!!
And Chang back on competition also!!!!!
