Player value wont go up? Is 29,7 M the max?

I have played for 3 season and max all of my status except weak foot. My rating average rating is 9,8. But my player value wont go up, it stuck at 29,7 M. I have wait for 6 month, but not a slightest change in my player value. Is the max player value is 29,7 M? Is there any factor that i miss to make my player value go up? Because it wont go up, the base contract i get always 25k.
