@Kolowski - I'm for both, put those ideas forward on the board meeting and we'll see...
@Mellor - well... the main thing about any online game is to keep the core players satisfied, as it is more likely the majority of them will stay for another championship then it is that another group of bigger or equal proportions will come and join

I don't see anything bad in looking for changes. We may propose 10 changes, but introduce only one. Now is the time to discuss, not during the season. Do you think somebody who doesn't take part in the championship keeps track of the changes that are being made? Usually you have one shot to attract a player. That's why I would agree that rules have to be clear, simple and convenient. For example, I was a bit confused when I joined, there was no race calendar on the first page and I missed the race in Singapore.

I think, maybe a good recruitment strategy would be to begin the topic with: If you are new and want to play, go online at 9:55 AM every Saturday. Somebody will always be there and introduce you to the competition.

Oh shush! I would like to race for Renault next year, Paul seems a good bloke. I'll wait 'till the 15th to see if the space is free.

-OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT FROM RED BULL RACING-

Over the last 3 seasons Red Bull Racing have struggled to find regular drivers and have continued to sit mid table in constructor standings. After Joining Red Bull in Season II, Logan Strange has gained 4 podiums from 12 starts and continues to improve while holding the No.1 driver spot. Other drivers have come such as Adam Wilson & Denby Strange but have struggled to show the right mental toughness and fail to have regular race appearances. So in Season IV, Red Bull are proud to announce that Red Bulls No.2 driver will be Srdjan Kos. With a record of 24 wins from 46 starts, Kos will bring a new dynamic to Red Bull racing and along with Strange will give Red Bull back it's wings. Yes in the past three seasons Srdjan has raced for three different teams, but we at Red Bull believe we offer the right mix of professionalism, integrity and most of all speed which in turn will keep Srdjan here for many seasons to come

So once again, welcome Srdjan Kos!

@all - the KERS/DAMAGE votes pretty much come to a tie (with the offline votes) so either more of you vote on it or I declare them OFF by default?

I am willing to trade my vote for damage (from ON to OFF) for KERS (from OFF to ON). I think one of you guys (Rob?) wanted KERS ON only if damage was OFF due to "KERS-DMG-BAZOOKA" theory. KERS ON, DAMAGE OFF - how does that sound?

I'd like to apply for the next season on behalf of my friend, whose skills were recently tested by Paul and me.

    IN-GAME NAME: Marek Krzemiński
    NATIONALITY: POL
2011 F1 TEAM: McLaren if available (as my teammate), Toro Rosso if not
    NATION'S GMT: GMT+1

His votes regarding the settings are:
    - KERS ON
    - DAMAGE OFF

Trade your vote with whom? lol I've already put Rob as KERS ON (assuming damage will end up OFF). I'm trying to get at least a 2 vote advantage on each subject because you never know when I'll go insane and switch my own vote when you're not paying attention

With these new votes it's 6:4 for KERS and 5:4 against damage.

Hope your friend will play often... Davies has called dibs on McLaren so it's either Krilic (who is AWOL?) or him, therefore I've put your friend in Toro Rosso. You could always both join Mercedes/Williams/Force India/Sauber/Lotus/Virgin as it's just a different livery anyway

But why did you change your mind, Rob? You said that with damage OFF KERS can be ON? So, how is it going to be, oh dear friend?

I'm willing to donate my kidney to turn KERS on
