1st race - 4 people, so much lag and jumpiness that it was impossible to play.

2nd race - 2 people, was out front so seemed to miss a lot of the action, but played ok.

3rd race - 2 people, stayed back, was jumpy but just about playable. Then Memory leaked, and I had to shut down.

being in Australia, I'm your worst case scenario for latency/lag. my response times were at about 420ms. The game has to be able to cope with this level, because even in a best case scenario there will be 300-350ms latency (light can only travel so fast....).

I'm being critical now because knowing the exposure this has on Steam, people who are a lot more critical and a lot less patient and forgiving will say a lot worse.

Video of my race with you and Rob (from my POV ofc): http://www.megaupload.com/?d=SL7TN2YX or http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=anSbgNBGmBc

edit: hmm my latency value was between 90-100ms, normal for somebody who has 7mbps upload but is 2 rooms away from the router (connection has only got 3 bars) and for somebody who's connecting to an island...

Cookie, with all due respect, you DO know how far Australia is from Europe?

Light can only travel so fast. Do the math.

A newer version in the first post, but I'm still looking into the mem-leak issue.

This should fix the infinite weapon loop - I hope!

Haven't had a chance to try the Multiplayer version yet, should I record my POV also?

I'll be on every now or then... no certain times though, I have a silly schedule to go with my silly ways of life.

They are in the Track Objects (but not very clear).
