has anyone managed to have a horse do well? I have one horse (Avenger, 2.7 million, the 4th most expensive, I think...), and he finished 11th! He was so far in the back that I think I may be missing something. Do I need to train him somehow?

no its pot luck when I was testing the game I was buying horse's its purely something to waste your money on tbh. We found on previous versions of NSS everyone had far too much money so we decided to introduce new ways of wasting it

yes i had the same problem i started with 3.0 and had only played 3 games - dumb fool me now i got to restart as a plebling and work my way up.
