when I'm trying to launch the game, it shows me an error message saying "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION". what should I do?

Try re-downloading and re-installing

I have windows 7. I had the demo running fine on Vista but it won't work on windows 7. Is there anything I can do?

well... looks like the problem is DEFENITLY the operator system...

the windows vista and 7 still have some problems about compatibility with some games... :S

i have exactly the same problem, whenever i start a game as soon as it is generating database for new career game it crashes with the access violation error, i can play quick matches no problem my computer specs are as follows

amd athalon xp 2700+
1024mb ram
direct x 9.0c
radeon 9600xt
windows xp home edition (5.1 build 2600)

i hope there is a solution to this

Random errors usually are related to Pc problems.

i had the same problem then i changed resoultion to 800 x 600 16-bit, 60hz
and run as admin
