I just made all the translations of the NSSTransFile. I don't know if I got everything right, because sometimes I didn't know in which content the words are used.

now I'll start with the other .txt and .xml files

I think si has to convert it at first, so I can test ingame if there are any mistakes.

Belgium is the same langague as the Netherlands/ Holland, So you can cross that of your list
