VERY GOOD JOB!
Just one little thing, the helmets are off in some ones:
the 2nd pilot of renault has a dark helmet, should be orange.. the 2 force indias are yellow, none should be, etc, there are several like this. Also what up with the back of brawn?
other than those small things WOW, very good!

Agreed on the brawn, the black of the fusilage comes in too soon...it's an easy fix though, might even attempt it myself. Well done on the recolouring of Jensons helmet though, just in time for the british gp!
otherwise, truly outstanding work, put's my recent efforts to shame...

Ok, I have updated the mod and corrected my mistakes.
I think this mod is finished now. Sorry about the wrong helmets, my fault...

:blimey: You've undone Jenson's helmet!! The way you had it was correct, Jenson will revert back to his traditional red, white and blue headgear for the British GP (next round).
Otherwise, again excelent work!

Well, I am not that up to date with Jenson's helmet :)
So, will he change his helmet design to red/white/blue just for the upcoming GP in Silverstone and then he will change it back to white/bright yellow?

From what I understand he will keep the red white and blue after the British GP.

Hi
i am a huge fan of your mod and use it the whole time but could you also upload the single files because i am a mac user and cant open such installer files. That would be great. Thx for the mod

Great Thanks for all the mac users ;) The only thing i have to mention is that the new names (fisichella,...) are only in the career mode. If i choose a normal race in the menu (i dont know what it is called in englich because i have the german version), there are still the old names (massa,...). i dont know if it is possible to change that, too. Great mod
It is possible, I believe you just have to make a copy of NSGP.db and rename it Quickrace.db or something like that.
BTW, great mod, using this instead of Bazik's now :)

GREAT MOD THANK YOU VERY MUCH mate!!
Silly question i know but would this mod only work properly, on the serial number being entered,(not demo ver) as when i put the mod in the folder, it crashes the game., it only works if i take n replace certain folders ie:cars teams pngs.
Do i get the whole/working mod if i only replaced the folders (within game exe on mac, show package), rather than specify "yes" to mod in game?

cool MOD, but the game crashed on my PC at the second race (my conf: P5Q PRO, ATI 4850, 4Gig RAM, WinXP SP3)

i worked out the reason why my mac kept crashing when using the mod.
The cars folder in the mod didnt have the wheel.png in it, so i copied it from the original folder. Some reason the mod menu button doesnt work on mac, ive had to replace all original folders (with mod ones)in program to get the mod working. Bad news i cant revert back to original settings cars etc, without reinstalling. Thank god this is a v good mod lol:clap:

Hi Floweb,
The mod looks great but i can't get it to run properly. Whenever i go to race or qualify, the cars move at a snail's pace (it took me 5 minutes just to get to the end of the pitlane). I have both your F1 Classics 70 - 05 mod and NSGP F1 Returns Mod and they both work fine. Have i got a conflict with one of them?
any ideas what is causing this problem would be hugely appreciated
Chris

I have both your F1 Classics 70 - 05 mod and NSGP F1 Returns Mod
erm, the NSGP F1 returns mod is mine, but in any case, i can assure you it's nothing to do with that.

Sorry Robbie,
I know that the NSGP Returns mod is yours. It's a typo and should have read "and RobbyD's NSGP Returns mod

I hate to tell you this Floweb but the update still hasn't fixed my problems with your mod, it's still running at a snail's pace
This is a fantastic mod and if anyone out there can tell me why nsgp is doing this to me it would be hugely appreciated

Will this mod run on a mac, I dragged the mod on the mods folder, select it and the game didn't start, not just this but other mods as well like cars etc. I red that some players successfully played using this mod on their mac and I just want to know how they did it, if possible tell me the steps. Thank you very much

Well, at the screen that appears before playing the game(where you can change the resolution, etc.), there is a option to use mods, have you selected the mod?

Yup, I did, and then the problem starts, it will show the screen then boom the game crashes. I hope mac users are not left out for mods, and if they are not are there other steps to apply the mod other than dragging it to the mods folder then selecting it before starting the game. THanks for any comments and/or advice

THANKS! Hope it will work!
Hi every one,
I am awfully sorry to ask this question too... but I tried to download and install the F109_floweb_v1 for mac in the NSGP mod folder as said...
when i launch the pgrm, the mod is detected, but it's impossible to reach the game : it exits automatically.
I'd love to test those new cars (and many thinks for designing them !)... Would somebody be kind enough to help me with the steps to do... in a language that somebody who is rather incompetent with computers could understand ?
pleeeaaaaase and many thinks again...

Don't worry about it! :)
Have you seen this thread (http://www.newstargames.com/newstarforum/showthread.php?t=9907)?
Another question, have you tried using another mod besides this one?
Hi and thanks for your answer. yes, i have read this tread and tried to do as said... but it does not work for me (maybe I do not get the things as i should ?)
and no, i never had tried before another mod : i discovered this forum only yesterday :liar:

Here's how the mods' folder works:
Documents/New Star Grand Prix/
Inside it, there will be the folder "Mods". You should place your mod folder here.
So it'll be like this:
Documents/New Star Grand Prix/Mods/F109 - floweb/
Inside your mod there will also be the Database, Media, and Settings folders.
If done correctly, the game should start successfully.
Was everything in the right place? Did you had any trouble at all starting the game without any sort of modification?
