how do I run a mod?

I have v1.08 and have put the mod in C:\Program Files\New Star GP\Mods\F1_2009_ bazik. when I run the game on the menu where it says use mod I only get the option of no how can I make it say yes so I can play the mod?

You must place the mods in Documents & Settings\Username\My Documents\New Star Grand Prix\Mods
