Position bug?

I just raced Monaco, steamed into an early lead and extended it ever further when it started to rain.

In the last few laps I started to come across back markers, which is when my position went from 1st to 14th...

I finished 14th in the end.

Is there an issue with the track? I'd not noticed it on other ones, though I don't think I've managed to lap cars on other tracks either...

Hi Saint. Not sure about this one. I'll see if I can recreate it. Anyone else noticed it?

I noticed something similar but I forgot the track, I believe it may have been Monaco... perhaps I missed a checkpoint?

To be honest, I'm not sure if I was bumped down to the lower position when I overtook the other cars or at an earlier point.

I only noticed my position when I pressed the info button to see how many cars I had lapped (they all dived into the pits when it rained, which allowed me to overtake a fair few of them in quick succession)
