Did you read the "Creating Mods.txt" in the game main folder?
It's explained quite well there.

Yeah, if you follow the instructions and make sure you copy the default database from v1.07 you should be ok. If you use an old database it won't work, so copy the latest one first, then edit it.

Thank you for the inbuilt mod loading option :) When you have time, would you please explain the engine.ini line by line? Some lines are obvious, others require some explanation, and a couple are a complete mystery.
EDIT: Actually, I'm mostly interested in the three collision settings, never mind the rest.

Thank you and sorry my frequent questions.
In folder cars, there is a tile named wheel. What?

That's the new wheel graphic that turns in game when you steer. You'll see that all of the cars have tiny front wheels now to accommodate it.
If you make a mod with ordinary full front wheels, then you need to delete or rename that, otherwise you end up with weird looking front wheels in game.

I edited the damage_wall to 5.00 and damage_cars to 0.50, for me it's better now.Hitting other cars is not that fatal anymore and hitting walls all the more. ;)

Are any of the mods ready for 1.08? I don't want to install any til I know they're going to work, but I've love to try out some of the ones on here!
