Start whitout a club

I just wounder if you can start as a free agent in NSS 3.
And recieve offers from minor clubs.
And if you can get a trial in a club.
Dont know if that came out right im not so good at english.

You do have to complete a trial to be accepted at a club, but you can't start as a free agent.
