End of season - my team don't want to keep me?

At the end of the season with Force India, on Hard, I finished third (thanks mostly to half the field being wiped out in a few races). When being offered a contract for the next season, Force India aren't among the teams offering.

I'd have expected they'd want to keep me on board - I had a 100% rating with the boss. There's no option to just stay with the team. Odd.

What version are you running? I had this problem on one of my games (Force India in fact!) and posted the problem on here, and Si said he fixed it in 1.04.

My friend was complaining to me the other day that he keeps running out of fuel, and the game needs some sort of low fuel indicator. Turns out he was still on 1.01, the n00b ;)

Maybe the game, and also NSS4, should automatically connect to the NSG website and check if there's an update (just after starting the game)- if yes, the window informing about that would pop-up (appear?) and let players would know about it... Manual checking is inconvenient and often missed by the players.... Maybe Simon's games should work like all the antivirus programs which inform their users about any updates just after the computer is turned on... it's just my suggestion ;) - but somebody complained that so many updates, especially during first few weeks after release of the game, discourages potential customers from buying the game...
