Okay Im now playing with the tarack editor on my mac in V1.04 and I can't seem to get any corners to appear. I can get straight road tiles to come up and I can rotate them through 90 degrees but not anything else, neither can I make any corners for the cars to actually travel around. Any ideas anyone or is the mac version just not as moddable as the pc one?

Copying and pasting from the main NSGP topic:
"Q. Can someone tell me how to change the bit of track im laying in the editor, all i can lay is straight?"
A. Scroll your mouse over to the far right of the screen and a menu should appear with plenty of track pieces. Click the left mouse button to go to the next page of tiles, the right mouse button for the previous one.
Now, if only there was a way to alter existing racing lines more easily by adding points in between existing checkpoints, I'd be a very happy track editor guy. ;)"

Haha don't I know that feeling, thanks very much for the help. I had struggled orignally with the rotation of the corners and the tiles but I had my mouse setup wrong. Thanks again.

Okay so I have played about with the track editor and started to use it with a bit more knowledge and acuracy. Also I have decided to try and add another team. I have noticed that there are garages on the track deisgner and pit slots and grid tiles for up to 22 cars however i can never seem to get the extra team that I have added to work properly with the grid tiles and pit lane slots. Any Ideas anyone? (Again I have the mac version so I suppose things might be a bit different.)

it might be possible to replace some of the assets that are there already. I found them in the media folders when flicking through the other day. As for adding new ones Im not sure. I haven't been able to add more cars, but I can replace them. So I imagine it is possible.

The answer is you can :D
made a .png file and used the naming convention Object_609_"name of object"_01
Think the first number relates to what page its on and the final number relates to position in the list.
might be worth making a backup of the media file thought as the first time i tried it screwed up my track untill i removed the file
