I've tried everything, holding control, making sure the reg is correct, same name as in the game and it's still coming up invalid.

I've sent an email to admin@newstarsoccer.com with the problem but no reply as of yet :(

That has nothing to do with NSGP. I'll go check the NSS1 Reg inbox now, where, provided you have sent a PM to NSS1 Reg, you'll get an NSS1 code back.
