I can't register my code?????

hello , a few days ago i purchased my code for NSGP and started to play..when i tried to register it says r u sure that u'r connected to internet..then I press register while I'm holding "left ctrl" and it said wrong registration code??? how can it happen? I have a Turkish letter "ü" in my name is this the problem?? please help me(sorry for english)

Does your registered "Driver Name" match the "First and last name" you picked in your career ?

yes it is i write it exactly the same but at the mail which gives my code my name was not written properly because of the Turkish letter "ü"...
