Joypad & Crash issues

Hi,
First of all I'd like to say that this is a great game.

Addressing my issue, i can't play with joypad (Logitech rumblepad 2) it says joypad detected but when i go to controls and click on them they all get defined as u-axis. I Don't understand why.

The game sometimes crashes, or stops responding, maybe some stability issues. My machine is fine, and i can run everygame in hi graphics. Vista as just been freshly installed.

Most of the times I can load the game, and when i click on practice it just does not load the track.

Can you point me in some directions here?

I have a rumblepad 2 too, the trick is to hold the button you want to assign an action on the controller while clicking the action with the mouse.

I still have problems with joypad.Can not get mine working.I have a microsft sidewinder.It works fine with nss4.
