Hi! I like very much this game so some minutes ago i buy the license key (as i did for another your great game: nss3. I'm a great fun of 2D games... )
But now i'm not able to register: "control your firewall" it says, but the only firefall on it is that with my router (i have disabled the windows xp's firewall).
I have to open a specific port? if yes, what port?
I hope you can help me.
Sorry for my english.... ciao
PS
i'm not able neither to read online help: same message appears (control your firewall)....

After pasting your license key, try holding the LEFT CONTROL button when you click Continue.

Thank you for quick reply.
Now it seems connecting, but appears the message "invalid key".

I just tried your name and key. It worked ok. Are you copy and pasting the code?
What version of windows are you using?

how many chars are in the license key?
my first block of chars is with 3 chars (not 4 like others blocks)... there is an error in the email? or it is correct and the problem isn't this?

The first block should be 3 chars. Drop me an email and I'll send you a new code.

If you copy and paste the key, maybe you're copying the blank at the end of the key, too. I made this mistake, maybe it will help you.

hi ravezz, thanks for your interest but nothing again...i've also tried to manual write the code for being sure to don't copy any blank in the string, but my code seems to be wrong.... i really don't know what else i can do

This may seems like a stupid thing to ask but I think we can agree that you are willing to try anything:
Did you make sure you had no spaces (except the needed ones) when typing both your name and registration code?
(Ps. Monkey Island 4 Life)

i'm quite sure. Later i can try instead to add some blank that maybe i have putted at the end of my name when i filled the registration form...

There's an update coming later today. Hopefully it will fix this (with the Left Control > Continue method).
