EDIT: Thread title should be NSSTransFile.svg not .xml .. Sorry about that :D
Since this part was not done before (wasn't included in the most current file where the languages available were English, Italian and Polish and was not stated to be finished in the most recent translation thread), I decided to complete this. Took me 6 or 7 hours to translate everything in the file but here it is :D
I'd gladly translate this into Cyrillic (at no charge) later when the game is Unicode compatible.
In the included file I fixed a few minor mistakes such as "You" instead of "Your" and others that I can't remember right now.
On a side note, I found that the Italian translation had a lot of the long english descriptions just copy-pasted in plain english, as well as one hilarious quote from the Polish translation:
Heading Challenge: Od pilki glowa nie boli (I believe that translates into "From Soccer head doesn't hurt")
I'll keep you posted with any further progress.
EDIT2: Updated the translation for the Next and Back buttons since the original file in the thread creation (I updated the file included in this thread too) since these buttons's translations were not appropriate in their context. Game turns out quite nicely when I put in the new BLF file with Bulgarian translation (I just tested a couple of screens though - hopefully the rest works alright as well).
(You can treat "pilka" as soccer, but you can treat it simply as "a ball")
Yea, it's quite popular idiomatic expression (mostly referred to "thinking"), quite hard to explain, but it states, that something is in fact very easy :) In my translation it has a humorous effect (as even you, not knowing that such an idiom exists in Polish, managed to notice) and is connected with footBALL of course.

Well Google Translation gave me soccer as the word in English so I just used that. What a coincidence it really was a humorous phrase then :D

Thanks Raptors. Looks good. Now we just need parts 2 and 3. :)

Here's part 2 of my Bulgarian translation in the ANSI character set (Achievements, Help and Newspaper). I'll do it in Cyrillic once I have the time for when the game goes Unicode.
About 18-20 hours altogether now :D

Приятел.. Много добре знаеш, че шльокавицата е неприемлива в нашата мила родна страна. Да не говорим за множеството смислови и правописни грешки, които изобилстват в шльокавия ти превод. Ботушки носи Дядо Коледа. Във футбола им викаме бутонки.
Ако ще правиш нещо, поне гледай да е добро.
Преводът ти е буквален и лишен от смисъл.
Без да се обиждаш. ;)
@Si - His translation is awful. The spelling is too bad and there is no sense at all. He has translated most of this literally. It will be ridiculous if you add this stuff in the game. Writing in English characters is not properly in Bulgaria!

Firstly, we don't allow non-English posts in the English part of the forum. For all I know you are abusing raptors in Bulgarian.
Secondly, how about constructively helping to improve the translation rather than criticise it.
Thirdly, I think we can do Unicode languages now. :)

You don't know nothing..
Secondly, how about constructively helping to improve the translation rather than criticise it.
There's nothing to improve. It's a complete disaster. You had a database maker from Bulgaria, right? Ask him about it if you don't trust me.
And thirdly, as I promised I'll made the translation when it's possible.
For now, the errors that I get are pretty much the same. The text is unreadable in ANSI. And the BFL Builder crashes when using Unicode.
About the bulgarian part of the post. It's for my fellow and there isn't any insults.

You don't know nothing..
This reads like an insult.
Indeed, Beginner, you should try to write in a kinder way - if I hadn't been THOR, if I hadn't been a warrior and a man who treat insults like a flies (they're flying around my butt but f..'em all), I'd have resigned from translating the game into Polish just after your message written for me, which was the first reply concerning my first post in here (at translators' forum) - and I remember it wasn't something I'd like to read at the very beginning of cooperation with someone, with anybody. As Simon said - point out what is wrong in a "humanistic" way, give positive feedback, 'cause your way of writing may discourage other people from doing anything for NSS4.
Don't feel offended,
Thor vel Artur

@Si - An insult? Now to you?
I've already said that there isn't any insults in my bulgarian messages.
What's wrong with you guys!? You're so sensitive.
I respect you and your work as a programmer! I just want to prevent you from some bad investments. Nobody would like a Bulgarian translation like this. At least not in Bulgaria. :D
Instead of judge me about my morality, you can try to repair the BLF Builder.. Your current 4_031 files doesn't fix the problem. (at least not for BG lang.)
Yeah, I'm not a very delicate person but I'm responsible and precise with my work.
So if you need a nanny for your kids I'm not the right person. But you need a good translators, aren't you?
It's not a matter of professionalism but a matter of communication - I realize that maybe, indeed, you tried to prevent a crap translation from being included in the next patch, but once again - the language you use, its stylistic devices, are rather unacceptable among people who prefer to listen logical arguments rather than emotional language that could have indicated, that you wanted Simon to get rid of Raptor's translation, since you wanted to do it yourself and earn 75 bucks... It's not the matter of feeling, or sensitivity (in this case I mean your "welcome message" for me), but nobody likes to work with people, who use an "offensive style" until such person is his/her boss (such situation, I mean a vulgar boss, may be 'swallowed' by those, who are paid by him)- and as far as I know, you're nobody's boss here.
What we want you to realize is a kind of social convention that is something normal among intelligent people - you don't want us to think that you're an exponent of so called "The Balkan Pot" in which people prefer non-verbal means of persuasion, do you?

Well here's part 3 and a little comments from me:
1. There was indeed no insult in the Bulgarian message and I wouldn't have been insulted anyways (I guess some of us Bulgarians have high threshold for that in general :D). He even pointed out one of the undoubtedly many mistakes made in the countless lines that I had written out, regarding the exact translation of a word vs the sports meaning ( pretty stupid mistake on my part which I've tried to fix in most if not all files :\ ). To reply to his overall message, I tried not to translate word for word and tried to avoid using phrases that are not present in the Bulgarian language (but are in English for example), but undoubtedly I've failed at that at some point during the translation as his comment pointed out.
2. I'm not living in Bulgaria so I understand my grammar and general language skills might not be as sharp as they were before, but I tried to help because I thought I may understand more of the English meaning of the text and perhaps successfully translate it into the Bulgarian language. I apologize for the inherent mistakes that are in the translation but I tried my best to translate the game into both proper and enjoyable (to mix in with some of the game's humorous messages) type of sentences.
I went back and opened up one or two help files and those looked okay to me, but I was going to ask for help/review from the other translators at the end anyways. I know it is not professional enough and nowhere near done especially with the Unicode support that will follow, but hopefully my translation can be used as a starting point and revisions would be made simpler now, as I believe I've already translated at least most of the basics (that was a lot of typing :D).
I'll be quite busy with another university semester now so I won't be available to help (but I know I wouldn't be much help anyways :D).. I tried to spend more time on part 3 (Incidents), so hopefully that would be better in terms of grammar and spelling (although I tried to be careful about that always). I was going to use a tool such as the one at http://2cyr.com/decode/ to translate from ANSI -> Cyrillic (I tried to use different characters for the most widely used Bulgarian letters so the conversion would be easier later - i.e.: y for y and u for the letter ъ). I tried to be consistent, but in some places this may not be the case so the text has to be read and fixed accordingly, but for the most part it follows that alphabet that Bulgarian ANSI alphabet that I've used.
Since changes would be made to the translation, I'm going to have to break that promise above and I wouldn't try to convert the current files to use the Cyrillic charset. Included are all 3 parts of my (so-so good let's call it) ANSI translation. It was pretty long and tiring work, so hopefully it would be appreciated by the people involved in the translation, and continued to be developed in order to be included in the game. Thanks for all your support during the translation and I'll check the forums when I've got some free time to see how much progress you've all made on this great game.
EDIT: Sorry about the long reply but I tried to explain the most important parts about my translation and reply to the comments surrounding it.

Instead of judge me about my morality, you can try to repair the BLF Builder.. Your current 4_031 files doesn't fix the problem. (at least not for BG lang.)
You need to save your TransFile in Excel as Unicode txt. Then open it in Notepad and save as UTF-8. Then ImportTXT into BLF Builder.

@Thor - As bad as it sounds - Don't f*ck with me!
@raptors2004 - There are some text convertors that recognize different writing styles. Use the script from ABV. It's powerfull! ;)
Anyway - even converted to Cyrillic alphabet your translation will still suck.
Your English is very good but you sounds too weird in Bulgarian.. You're supposed to use a polite form and different tense.....
Losha borba sreshty $player2 oznachava che $player1 vide cherveno.
You've no culture in our language. You're even writing in dialect.
There is no sense in 90% of your sentences. You're writing like you аre not a bulgarian. Sorry. When did you left the country? Especially which grade?
@Si - Ok, now it worked. You choose about the translation. You have a PM from me.
Let me know if you need me or not.

I got fed up with Beginner's constant swearing/abusiveness and he has been banned.

Wel, b3ginn1r did have a point about my writing - perhaps I didn't convey the English meaning too well in terms of correctness in the Bulgarian language (such as in the example he gave for "A bad tackle against $player2 means $player1 saw red" - I translated it just a bit too directly). He could've done some good work in translating (fix little mistakes in sentence structure and whatnot) if he wasn't banned. I'll try and get a Cyrillic translation to you for all the files by tomorrow, so whoever's interested can work on it in the future.

You need to save your TransFile in Excel as Unicode txt. Then open it in Notepad and save as UTF-8. Then ImportTXT into BLF Builder.
That doesn't work for me. I saved the CSV containing Cyrillic characters from Excel into Unicode text format and then saved that in UTF-8 encoding from Notepad but BLF from the 4.03_1 version files just crashes when I try to import the text file. When I post the files maybe you can see what's wrong :)
UPDATE: I'll continue working on the Incidents files tomorrow as that's all I have left to translate into the Cyrillic charset. From what I saw in my previous files, my grammar was actually very good so I don't know if b3g1nn3r's comments had any substance to them (especially the 90% pure translation and bad grammar one). He did however point out a few mistakes, some of which I had noticed and fixed already on my local file. Anyways, I'll update you with some new Cyrillic charset files tomorrow (but I still can't test it using BLFBuilder as per my comment above, so if you can offer a fix for the SVG file, I'll check on that tomorrow too). I'll make a new thread once I'm done. Thanks.

B3g1nn3r had been warned about swearing a couple of times and to be honest I'd rather not have his help if it saves me worrying about who he decides to argue with next or what lewd comment he's going to make.
Checking out the bg files now. :)
