Title Page Problems

I have downloaded NSS4 demo with the intent of purchasing the game, only to dind that no matter what resolution I run the game at, I cannot see the text. I don't understand why this is, only that it happened both times I downloaded the game (uninstalled it thinking it was an installation error, and reinstalled it.)
