Freezing at the end of a match

I'm running into a problem with the game freezing at the end of a match, after the final whistle and before the match stats screen shows up. It happened twice with the same match. I was able to simulate through the match, but I'd really like to play it :) . I'm running v4.02 on a Mac.

Does this happen with every match or is it just some matches? What happens in Quick Matches?

Hmm, ran the match a third time and had no problems. From a diagnostic point of view, that's kind of annoying, but since I haven't encountered this in any of my other matches I'll take it :)
