Are there reccomended specs for this game?

Also, is it worth the money? Is it good enough as there seems to be too many bugs.

512 MB RAM (more RAM will enhance your performance),
50MB disk space (not counting with save games, 10-20mb each save game),
Graphics card with 128mb of VRAM (more is recommended) or better and Pixel Shader 2.0,
DirectX 9.0c,
Windows XP SP2

Recommended: 2.0 GHz CPU,
768MB RAM,
100MB disk space,
Graphics card with 256MB of VRAM and Pixel Shader 2.0
DirectX 9.0c (10 and 10.1 will also work)
Windows XP SP3 or Windows Vista SP1

It's worth the money as bugs are fixed soon :D

How can I check what graphics card I have? Also, how do I install a new one if I need to?

To check your graphics card, go to Start, Run and type dxdiag. Click OK after that. If you are in Windows XP, go to the 3rd tab and if you are in Vista, go to the 2nd tab. To install a new graphics card I advise you to check with a specialist due to limitations that may exist (AGP speeds, AGP/PCI-e, type of monitor, BIOS limitations, motherboard limitations).

for the record, I've got a 1.83 GhZ processor on my laptop and it runs just fine. If you're worried, just download and play until it asks you for a registration code!
