open the file with open office, I have edit the file in this way

Please open the csv file with openoffice ;) Go "File" or related menu and then click on "open" and then choose the blf file that you downloaded on your computer ;)

Where is this file? In which folder?
I'm too lost here, I don't know even if I had to download some application before.

and all is in.The file is named NSSTransFile.csv

Edit it with open office or microsoft excel.

I've finished NSSTransfile.csv....
I dont know if this is a trouble, I wanna test it, but when im going to convert this file with BLFBuilder it happens nothing.
What can I do?
Is this normal?
Maybe should send you this file?

Blfbuilder has problems, we're waiting Si instructions. Anyway for the full translation you must translate all the folders (Achievements,Help,Incidents and Newspaper).

Did you replace commas(,) by semi-colon(;)?
