I have recently (less than 2 weeks) bought a NSS3 license and I'd like to know if I may "change" it to a SS license.

No you can't, NSS3 and SS are two seperate products. If you want a SS code you have to buy one.

but wasn't I supposed to be able to "ask my money back" whether I like or not the product I bought?

Personally I think the trial period is enough to decide whether you want to purchase the product or not. It's not like buying a game off the shelf and having to take the physical product home before trying it.

All you can do really is email siread@newstarsoccer.com and see what he says.
