someone help me out please

i've downloaded and installed nss4 but the problems occurs when i loaded it up. when i load it up all the writings and stuff are in white blocks which means that i cant read or play the game, even my cursor is a white block. can you please tell me whats is wrong. because everything installs n wrks perfectly until i load it up n it comes 2 starting a new game. please get back to me ASAP.

I would assume that it would be a graphics card problem, but i'm sure if any admins (or pea) were around, they'd ask you to provide some basic system specs.

This can be done by:
>Start
>Run
>dxdiag
>hit ok

The Operating System, CPU(processor), Memory (RAM) and your Graphics Card model would be needed.

As Sleek says, do Start > Run > Dxdiag to find out your graphics card details. Then make sure your drivers are up to date...
